Good hotel. Would recommend.

Convenient location to Texas Tech University and local shopping/dining areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff was friendly, there were hairs in our bed, it was not comfy at all. We changed our 2 night stay to 1 - wouldn't have stayed that night but had to.

Pleasant experience.

Hotel was dirty, room smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking, charged extra to use Internet, bed was hard.

It was nice. I would stay again. It doesn't have it's own pool which is a bit of a pain, but you are able to use the Body Works center in town which is awesome! With the included dishes I would suggest having a pitcher for juice or cold water in the room and at least one of each basic utensils spatuala, large spoon, cutting knife, fork, spoon,knife, can opener. ...read more

When I got to my room it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were no smoking signs all over the room and at the front door. I requested that I get another room. They gave me a new room and it was fine.
